Paintings by Charles Hill, Reception March 6, 5-7pm

Charles Hill

Every civilization begins with the development of art. First comes drawing and painting and music, then written  language, mathematics and religion followed by science, engineering and technology. I have always been interested in the interconnections between art, science and mathematics.  My art  focuses on both the outer appearance  of life a well as

the inner dimensions from which life springs forth. I paint realistic, surrealistic, and abstract paintings in both oil and acrylic. I also produce detailed and realistic drawings in pencil.  My work includes fine art pieces, commissioned work

such as portraits or landscapes with buildings or animals, illustrations for publications, and major mural projects for

homes, schools, and businesses.
